UNATTENDED SIGNATURE

Application to sign PDF documents with a digital signature, from an unattended application, designed and developed to be installed and used on a server belonging to the organization that implements it, either dedicated or shared with other applications.

Software module, to sign documents with an electronic or digital signature. It runs on Windows Operating System (Windows 7 onwards) or Linux (Debian-based), in the latter case with the requirement of having Java 8 installed.

Types of signature that can be used

• PAdES – signature of pdf files
• XAdES – xml signature (signature of documents of any extension, for example .doc, .xls, .pdf, .avi, .jpg, .jpeg, etc)

The Digital/Electronic Signature Verifier module is developed in Java, runs on a server, and allows you to validate the signature applied to a document, be it pdf or xml, checking the certification chain, the validity of the certificate and that it has not been revoked.

Our Digital Receipts platform allows you to replace those old paper salary receipts with digital receipts with full legal value, both the employer and the employees can sign from our web portal.

The employer with a digital signature and the employee with an electronic signature, as established by current regulations in this regard (Law 25,506 and complementary regulations, plus what is established by the MTEySS on digital receipts).

It allows you to store documents to which an electronic or digital signature will be applied and other types of documents that do not require a signature.

The documentation is organized with a folder scheme and metadata associated with efficient searches, which originates a digital file with legal validity.

It can be fully parameterized, it associates documents to workflows through event modeling according to the type of organization, where the people involved have different roles and permissions to access information. Workflow that is modeled by defining different events and statuses of the documentation that is incorporated into the process.

Signar offers a solution that is implemented by installing a PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) in the client, for the issuance of electronic signature certificates.
