DOCUMENTARY MANAGER

Module of the Signar Platform that allows storing documents to which an electronic or digital signature will be applied and other types of documents that do not require a signature.

The documentation is organized with a folder scheme and associated metadata that allow searches to be carried out efficiently, which results in a digital file with legal validity.

It can be fully parameterized, allowing documents to be associated with workflows through the modeling of events according to the type of organization, where the people involved have different roles and permissions to access information. This workflow can be modeled by defining different events and statuses of the documentation that is incorporated into the process.
